We are looking for a talented and dedicated Creative Partner to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As a leader in the digital marketing industry, we understand the pivotal role that professional design plays in helping businesses thrive digitally. Therefore, we are seeking an exceptional individual who can take charge of our clients’ creative strategies, optimise their brands and generate creative and impactful designs for all mediums.

Ideally must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Graphic Design role, either in-house or agency

Location: Sheffield. Monthly and/or bi-monthly trips may be required to the DMP Chester office. On-site meetings with clients may be required.

Working Set up: Full-Time. Hybrid Working. This role offers hybrid working with a minimum requirement of three days in-office during probation or depending on business requirements. After successful probation, office days will be reduced to 2 days and 3 days remote.

The Person

The successful candidate should be able to work autonomously and take ownership of their tasks. They should be comfortable working with our wider team, including freelancers, when needed. The Creative Partner will ideally bring new ideas and suggestions to improve processes and services. This includes staying up to date with the latest trends and updates in the creative industry. The Creative Partner will also be a DMP champion, increasing our brand visibility and contributing to business marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, banners, and web design elements.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Creative partner to execute visual strategies that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, continuously enhancing the visual output of the team.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
  • Ensure all design work is consistent with the overall branding of clients and the company.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital or creative agency environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills across various media.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices is a plus.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 5-7 years design experience or similar.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools like Monday.com.

Project Management:

  • Utilise our project management tool to document progress, track deadlines, and communicate updates with the team.
  • Ensure that all creative projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, build strong relationships, and support teammates where required.

Client Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, build strong relationships, and act as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor design strategies accordingly.
  • Engages effectively with prospective and existing clients, presenting tailored design strategies and exploring opportunities to expand creative services.
