We are looking for a talented and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Therefore, we are seeking an exceptional individual who can take charge of our clients’ creative strategies, optimise their brands and generate creative and impactful designs for all mediums.
Ideally must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a Graphic Design role, either in-house or agency

Location: Chester. Monthly and/or bi-monthly trips may be required to the DMP Sheffield office. On-site meetings with clients may be required.
Working Set up: Full-Time. Hybrid Working. This role offers hybrid working with a minimum requirement of three days in-office during probation or depending on business requirements. After successful probation, office days will be reduced to 2 days and 3 days remote.
Annual Salary: £27,000 + Benefits (Outlined below).

The Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, banners, and web design elements.
- Collaborate with the Creative Manager to execute visual strategies that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, continuously enhancing the visual output of the team.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
- Ensure all design work is consistent with the overall branding of clients and the company.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital or creative agency environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills across various media.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices is a plus.
- Ideally, a minimum of 4-5 years design experience or similar.
- Proficiency in using project management tools like Monday.com.

- Ensure that all creative projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
