Depending on their business goals and objectives, we tailor our approach to each client. Our aim isn’t to just get a website to rank or look nice– we want to deliver leads and sales with the help of our services.
We are looking for a talented and dedicated SEO Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.
We’re at a pinnacle point in the business, and we’re about to level up after investing in internal processes, structure and growth. One of the biggest upcoming advances will be in purchasing a new HQ office building in Sheffield; this will be a dedicated building project where we intend to expand DMP operations, something we’d like all new team members to be part of. We’re approaching year 4 of business registration with office locations in Chester, Sheffield and Nottingham. We have been recognised and backed by the Barclays Business High Growth team, and we intend to expand our green initiative as an environmentally conscious business in the near future.
The Person
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious leader with a passion for driving success and progress in our dynamic team. As the SEO Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our rapid growth trajectory. We need individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver outstanding results.
This role demands autonomy and a strong sense of ownership, both in managing tasks and guiding the content writing team. Collaboration is key, as you’ll interface with various departments and freelancers to achieve our goals. At DMP, we welcome all ideas and questions, but we’re especially keen on candidates who can bring fresh perspectives to enhance our processes and services. Staying abreast of the latest digital trends is a must.
You’ll be the torchbearer for DMP, elevating our brand visibility and contributing to our marketing initiatives. This position isn’t for the faint-hearted—it requires someone who thrives on challenges and is eager to carve out their career path. Expect full support from the director and other department heads as you take charge of the SEO department.
If you have a ‘sky’s the limit’ mindset and a hunger for making a tangible impact, this role is tailor-made for you. We’re not in the business of coasting; we seek individuals who are motivated, loyal, and committed to their professional growth. With our uncapped earning potential, your rewards will directly correlate with your contributions. As the department flourishes, so will your role and earning prospects.
