SEO Partner Vacancy

We are looking for a talented and dedicated SEO Partner to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As a leader in the digital marketing industry, we understand the pivotal role that professional design plays in helping businesses thrive digitally. Therefore, we are seeking an exceptional individual who can take charge of our clients’ creative strategies, optimise their brands and generate creative and impactful designs for all mediums.

About us

Digital Media Partner is not a traditional agency, and this is not a traditional SEO role.

We operate as a Flexible Integrated Solution, working as embedded digital partners to the businesses we support. SEO at Digital Media Partner does not sit in isolation. It is tightly connected to strategy, UX, technical performance, content, conversion, and wider commercial objectives through what we define as a 360 Degree Digital View.

This way of working was built to reflect how digital actually performs in the real world. Search visibility is influenced by structure, speed, user behaviour, content clarity, and intent alignment. Treating SEO as a standalone discipline limits results. Integrating it properly unlocks them.

Our clients work directly with senior specialists, not account managers or junior delivery teams. We do not operate through faceless ticket systems or rigid packages. Instead, we integrate into our clients’ businesses, understand how they generate value, and apply SEO strategically to support growth, not just rankings.

Digital Media Partner has grown rapidly by doing things differently. We build long-term partnerships rather than short-term contracts, and we measure success by outcomes rather than activity. Our growth has been recognised by the Barclays High Growth team, reflecting both the strength of our model and the calibre of the people within it.

We are now expanding and are looking for an SEO Partner to join the team. This role is suited to an experienced SEO professional who understands that modern search performance is shaped by technical foundations, content quality, user experience, and commercial intent working together.

As an SEO Partner at Digital Media Partner, you will work closely with designers, developers, content specialists, and leadership teams. You will have direct input into strategy, be involved early in decision-making, and play a key role in shaping digital outcomes for our clients.

If you are looking for an SEO role where your expertise is respected, your thinking influences the wider digital direction, and your work is treated as a strategic function rather than a production task, Digital Media Partner offers a very different kind of opportunity.
