Digital Media Partner was proud to take part in the Round Sheffield Run, raising money for charity and joining thousands of runners taking on one of the city’s best local events.
The Round Sheffield Run is one of the city’s standout community events. Starting and finishing in Endcliffe Park, the route takes runners through Sheffield’s parks, trails and green spaces, with 11 timed stages across a 24.5km route. It is a challenging event at the best of times, made even more demanding this year by the warm conditions following the recent heatwave.
Representing Digital Media Partner, Joshua Hunt took on the route alongside Jake, completing 14.79 miles while raising money for charity.
The day was a strong reminder of what makes Sheffield such a special place to live and work. From local businesses supporting the event, to families cheering from the route, to residents helping runners with water, the wider community played a significant role in creating an atmosphere that carried people through the challenge.
For DMP, charitable events and local initiatives have become an important part of the wider team culture. Over recent years, members of the team have committed to challenges that push them beyond their comfort zones, raising money for good causes while continuing to support the communities around us.
