Josh has over 16 years’ experience in digital marketing and has several awards under his belt. Starting life out as a web designer and developer Josh spent his first few years understanding coding and building websites across a plethora of platforms building the foundations for a 360 digital understanding. Josh continued to manage large digital teams as the Head of Marketing & Digital until starting Digital Media Partner.

It was during this time as Head of Marketing and Digital, Josh was exposed to dozens of UK leading web, SEO and digital marketing agencies. He soon realised that in his experience these ‘top’ players knew very little, delivered worse results and cost a fortune. They were rarely able to slot into the existing business formation and once you were ‘on board’ you were either left with an in experienced account manager and team, or you never heard from them again. It soon became evident that monthly meetings and box ticking scenarios were unnecessary and time consuming, therefore not conducive to running an effective business. Josh soon became aware as a marketing leader or business owner, you simply want results.

Throughout Josh’s career he has faced the internal challenges of running marketing departments in various business environments. In particular, Josh led a series of expansions to an in-house marketing team for a business that was growing significantly, all for this to come crashing down during the covid pandemic. This robust and experienced team was soon the subject of redundancy and disruption. Leaving a lasting effect, Josh designed all of Digital Media Partners’ services so that businesses can truly experience the benefit and results of having an experienced in-house team, but with the flexibility of an agency or freelancer. Digital Media Partner was founded in 2020 and continues to offer on-demand services for happy clients across a wide range of sectors.
