How Does it Work?

We will start off with a call to understand your creative needs on a regular basis, this gives us time to review your brand guidelines, requirements and way of working. A start date is then agreed upon, shortly after we then set up your creative partner on project management software you already use in the business, if you or your business does not have this type of software, then we will create a bespoke trello board and invite all the required team members to have access. This will allow you to brief, keep track of tasks and communicate with your creative partner on a regular basis in relation to the tasks. All deadlines are then agreed by both parties, once agreed, these will never be missed. Having a bit of time before the start date is often useful as it allows you and/or your team to start briefing in the tasks so we can hit the ground running come the start date.

As soon as the start date arrives the creative partner is yours, they will work for you as if they were an employee, the longer we work with you the more we become in tune with your business needs and you’d wished you’d taken on Digital Media Partner sooner. Frequently asked questions

Are there long contract commitments?

No. There is a 3-month initial commitment before then having the ability to cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ notice. We do offer longer commitment options for reduced pricing.

Will my request be completed on time?

Yes, our designers never miss an agreed deadline. The deadline is agreed by you and the designer during the briefing process. Once the deadline has been agreed by you both it will not be missed.

How can I keep track of what my Creative Partner is working on?

Easy. We set you both up on Trello.com where you assign, review, and approve all the work. You’re notified when updates happen and have full visibility of everything that’s going on as well as what has been done in previous weeks or months. It allows you to easily attach files and comment when required.

Can I plug my Creative Partner into my own project management software?

Yes, your Creative Partner is yours. They will work on any project management software you provide access to if that’s your preference, we already work with customers on Asana, Monday.com and more... It doesn’t have to be Trello.com that just works well for us when clients aren’t already set up on anything.

Can I have an unlimited amount of calls and meetings?

We work with your team on the task management platform of your choice so that we can help organize, track, and manage all projects that are briefed into us. We also know that often calls may be needed, therefore as part of the service we allow up to 1 hour of calls per month (specific to Graphic Design). We do this as we are a results driven business and our priority is to provide maximum efficiencies for the customers avoiding wasted time travelling and sitting through sections of meetings irrelevant to our service offering. Time on calls or conference calls exceeding 1 hour in a month will become billable at £60 + VAT per hour.

Is there a limit to the amount of work I can request?

No, but there is a limit to the hours in a day. You do only have one partner unless you plug-in more. Deadlines will be agreed by you both, once agreed they won’t be missed. If you do have more designers plugged in, you only need to deal with one of the Creative Partners to make communication easier and more efficient.

What days is my Creative Partner available?

Monday to Friday, 5 days per week. We are not available on public holidays. If your partner goes on holiday another partner fills the gap so unlike full time employees you aren’t paying for staff holidays or time off, just another benefit to our service.
